Clipping machine with tightening

With Carnitech’s semi-automatic clipping machine you achieve an excellent appearance of end product. The machine is designed for clipping and squeezing of pork neck fillets which are packed in cylindrical plastic foil with a clip in one end. Once the product has been manually placed in the machine, tightening and clipping functions are automatically activated. A suction device automatically removes surplus foil after clipping.

Semi-automatic clipping machine

For optimization of work stations and reduced risk of repetitive strain injuries. The Carnitech clipping unit is designed with an eye to improved ergonomics. Compared to manual clipping, this semi-automatic unit provides better working conditions for the operator by eliminating the risk of repetitive strain injuries. There is no squeezing of the tube and consequently, the operator will be able to use gloves during clipping of the neck fillets.

Fully automatic neck fillet packer

Carnitech’s fully automatic neck fillet packer CT 1860 is designed for packing and clipping of deboned pork necks in a tight plastic tube of approx. 100 mm in diameter. Neck fillets of up to 350 mm are automatically pressed into the tube and subsequently clipped in one end with an aluminium clip. The packed product appears in a cylindrical shape - ready for squeezing & clipping, manually or in Carnitech’s semi-automatic clipping machine CT1870.

Carnitech’s neck fillet packer CT 1855 is designed for semi-automatic packing of deboned pork necks into ø100 mm plastic foil tubes. The packed product appears in a cylindrical shape, ready for clipping.

Neck fillet packing line

Carnitech's neck fillet packing line for bone less neck fillets is available in a manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic version which includes both neck fillet packing and clipping. The finished product appears in a cylindrical shape, packed in a tight plastic foil tube with a clip in one end.
