Loader L20

CARNITECH loader type L20 is especially designed to lift and discharge 210 l standard trolleys.
L20 is made in stainless steel in a modern and hygienic design ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance, therefore useful in all type of food industries where 210 l standard trolleys are used, for discharging into vacuum fillers, mixers, grinders, tumblers, forming machines, dicers, cooking vessels or onto a table or conveyor.
Safety has priority, and the L20s are – as all our column lifts – equipped with a safety drop device ensuring the lifting fork is locked in the column in case the chain breaks. Furthermore, the motor has an electrical safety brake.
The flexibility is high. L20 can be delivered in both stationary and mobile versions as well as left or right hand execution, and with 90° lifting fork for sideways tipping. The design of the tipping system ensures a very large discharge angel. Easy adjustable discharge height in steps of 100 mm

Swan Neck Loader

Special loader where you have to pass over other equipment before discharging, or where you want to replace a conventional lift/conveyor system. For smooth, precise and controlled discharging (dosing). Also very suitable for liquids or liquid products as well as sticky products as the loader has a very large discharging angle.
Can be used for standard trolleys or other type of bins, barrels and containers.

Loader L25

Carnitech loader L25 is a sturdy loader, specifically suitable for tasks within the food industry requiring accuracy and stability. Carnitech column loader L25 is designed for lifting and discharging of 210/300 l meat trolleys to various levels. The loader is also available for lifting and emptying of barrels and bins or may be mounted with a platform for trolleys or persons according to the customers’ special requirements.

L25 can be supplied as a stationary or mobile unit and in right or left hand execution. It is made of stainless steel with a load-bearing central pipe supporting the slider and giving a strong and stable design.

Loader L50

Carnitech’s loader L50 is specifically designed for lifting and discharging of tanks/barrels. L50 is also delivered with platforms for trolleys, pallets and other special equipment with special lifting fittings tailored according to customer requirements. The loader can be delivered as stationary or moveable units and in right or left hand execution. L50 is sturdy, reliable, and stable. It is made of a strong stainless steel folded profile column ensuring a smooth and easy-to-clean surface. Consequently, the loader meets all requirements from the veterinary authorities.

Loader L75

Carnitech’s heavy duty loader L75 is specifically designed for lifting and discharging of big and heavy tanks/barrels. L75 is delivered with platforms for trolleys, pallets, bins and other equipment with special lifting fittings tailored according to the customer requirements. The loader can be delivered as stationary or moveable units and in right or left hand execution.

To ensure a smooth and stable operation in the heavy duty loaders, the lifting fork is attached to a roller guiding sleeve placed in a rail system and supported by a strong folded profile column. The loader is driven by a heavy roller chain and the motor has an electric safety brake. The locking device for the tanks is made in accordance with the tank design.

Loader L120

Carnitech’s heavy duty loader L120 is specifically designed for lifting and discharging of big and heavy tanks/barrels. L120 is delivered with platforms for trolleys, pallets and other equipment with special lifting fittings tailored according to the customer requirements. The loader comes as stationary only, in right or left hand execution.
