A versatile and efficient steam cooker for delicate products like shrimp and other shellfish. The cooking process requires no handling of product and offers maximum yield due to insignificant weight loss.

Batch cookers

Besides continuous cooking systems, we can offer a wide range of water batch cookers. The batch cookers are available as fully automatic PLC-controlled batch cookers OR as simple manual systems.
