Microwave tempering

The introduction of a Carnitech tempering system into your production eliminates tempering
rooms and racks and saves precious time, enabling you to respond to the demands of your customers with short notice.

Climatically controlled air thawing

The thawing process is computer monitored with sensors measuring the core and surface temperatures of the products. For optimal heat transfer and gentle product treatment, steam is injected into the cabinet. Air temperature and humidity are continuously monitored in order to achieve the best and most uniform thawing result. Dehydration is minimized, product texture preserved, and you get a product of an unequalled quality.

Controlled water spray thawing

With advantage frozen blocks, individually frozen products or iced fish can be thawed through continuous thawing. The products are sprinkled with water re-circulating in the thawing unit.
When continuously thawed a great flexibility in the production is ensured, and due to the quick thawing the thawing unit is often positioned in connection with the production. It is a compact solution with a large capacity. The unit provides a gentle thawing of the product prior to further processing.

Immersion water thawing

This method has proved itself to be very efficient for thawing of IQF as well as block frozen products. It is a flexible, high capacity system for quick thawing of large quantities of products, ensuring gentle treatment prior to further processing. The thawing unit is equipped with a water collection and recirculation system, reducing water consumption and protecting the environment.
