Carnitech's climatically controlled thawing system type 2031 opens an alternative to traditional ways of thawing. Through a continuous and systematically controlled thawing process, the system adds flexibility to your production. You know exactly when the process will be completed and you can easily adjust and change parametres whenever necessary.

 

The thawing process is computer monitored with sensors measuring the core and surface temperatures of the products. For optimal heat transfer and gentle product treatment, steam is injected into the cabinet. Air temperature and humidity are continuously monitored in order to achieve the best and most uniform thawing result. Dehydration is minimized, product texture preserved, and you get a product of an unequalled quality.
