Batch thawing

Carnitech's water batch thawing system type 2021 is designed for gentle and controlled thawing of block or IQF frozen products. Air flow circulated water in stainless steel bins ensures a constant low temperature, improving the quality of the end product and increasing yield.

Product temperature is automatically controlled, and many of our customers accept our offer to calculate the right temperature for their specific products. The thawing system may be enlarged with sections for easy handling, filling and emptying of bins.
